Welcome to the Headache-Symposium 2021

Dear colleagues,

The Swiss Headache Society is delighted to invite you to the Headache Symposium 2021 which will take place on Thursday, November 25 at the Stadion Wankdorf in Bern.

This year, the scientific program is dedicated to the topic "Headache tomorrow". In this field of great and rapid progress we will focus on imminent conceptual and therapeutic advances. A first session will elaborate how we think about the relation of face, head and neck pain, a second on how caretaking will change thanks to technological progress.

The scientific committee has again succeeded in recruiting two renowned international experts as speakers for this year’s Headache Symposium. Professor Arne May from the Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf will discuss the relationship between headache and facial pain based on brand new data from his own research. We are also pleased to announce Professor Patricia Pozo-Rosich from the University of Barcelona, who will introduce the hot topic of digital treatment.

The program is aimed at neurologists, clinical neuroscientists and practising physicians.
